Betty's Shortbread Cookies
Grandma Betty’s Short Bread Cookies
-1 cup butter
-½ cup Icing Sugar
-Whip for 2 min
-Add 1 ½ cup flour or more if needed
-Roll into small balls and place half a maraschino cherry on top or pecan and place onto ungreased cookie sheet
-Bake for 325 for 8-10 min, until slightly brown
-Eat so many you feel sick, take 10 min break and eat more
