Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe

Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe

There are friends, and then there are your best friends. The friends you make fun of for literally anything and everything they do. And they also make fun of you for everything that you do to even things out. I have friends all over this world, but the problem with that is the lack of seeing each other. I've been in a long distance relationship with all my friends since my teenage years thanks to my 3-month expiration, (reference to that blog) but it seems to be going strong with all of them. There is a little thing called technology which has lead us to another little thing called FaceTime. My "tribe" consists of a group of women, not girls, that have their sh*@t together. They are photographers, dental hygienists, jewellery designers, leather workers, Pinterest crafters, ranchers, web designers, hunters, clothing designers, insurance agents and the list of cool things goes on and on. It really is too much to type all the cool things these ladies do. What makes us all so unique is that we have the same vibe. We all are willing to be our own person and love ourselves before anything. Oh and also we all have dogs and adore them because they are our fur babies ( also reference to "Fur Baby").

Some tips on putting out the right vibes to attract the right tribe :

1. Always, and I mean always, be yourself ... unless you can be Bill Murray

2. Be loyal til the end… Ride or die (or hit the road)

3. Get a dog, preferably an Australian Shepard, take it on all your adventures and act like it's your child.

4. Attend different functions that friends are putting on but check the food situation before hand, it's extremely important to know what kind food spread will be available.

5. Always smile, no one likes a Debbie Downer

6. For the females, "borrow" all your friends’ expensive clothes

7. Walk with a limp, like an old school pimp ... makes you look cool as heck.

7. Never take life too seriously - whatever happens, is happening for a reason that later in life you will find out. (Hopefully)

"We are all a little weird, and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness, and call it love." - Dr. Seuss
